ClearHat Marketing LLC reserves the right to, at any time, revise, modify or update our Site or these Terms, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, revisions, or updates. Your continuing use of this Site constitutes your acceptance of any modifications, revisions, or updates to the Terms, all of which shall become effective.
CLEARHAT ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT
You have enrolled in this course in order to learn more about digital marketing. You understand that all course materials and methods are the exclusive property of ClearHat Marketing LLC, DBA “ClearHat,” (“CH”/”we”/”us”/”our”). You agree not to disclose, reproduce, sell, or otherwise distribute any information obtained from CH.
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and CH with regard to the subject matter thereof and both parties waive the right to rely on any alleged expressed or implied provision not contained herein.
ONE PERSON PER ACCOUNT
You agree that for each account that you purchase from ClearHat, only one person will study from the course. ClearHat may shut down the account with no refund provided if it believes the account is being used by multiple people to study. In such a case, if in fact only one person was studying ClearHat will restore or refund that account to the user.
You must pay the full tuition by the first scheduled class of the course. If you have not paid the full tuition by the first scheduled class, you authorize CH to charge the remaining balance to your credit card.
Occasionally, CH, due to various circumstances, may change a course schedule, location, or cancel the course entirely. If we cancel the course in which you are registered and are unable to reschedule you into another course that is acceptable to you, we will refund all the tuition you have paid, and we will have no further liability to you regarding the cancelled course.
SALES, DISCOUNTS & REFUNDS
To request a refund as part of ClearHat’s 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number within seven (7) days after your purchase. Refunds requested after this seven (7) day period will not be granted. If the prices on our website drop within seven (7) days of your purchase we will happily refund the difference to you. To take advantage of this, you email email@example.com with your name, order number, and discount seen within seven (7) days after your purchase. All ClearHat guarantees may only be used once by each individual student, meaning there can be no combining of guarantees in multiple purchases. Guarantees are also not valid for bulk or group purchases, which are defined as single orders/invoices including two or more students.
CLEARHAT REFERRAL POLICY
Anyone that is referred to us through Refersion must be a paying customer with us (ClearHat) to qualify you (referee) for the referral bonus. We (ClearHat) will check Refersion on the 1st of every month, if anyone that has been referred to us and has paid for and is currently in a class we will authorize the payment. Payments from Refersion will only be made via PayPal, thus you will need a PayPal account to receive any outstanding payments. Referrals through Refersion must be done prior to the referee signing up for our courses, no retroactive referrals will be honored. All referral payments are made through Refersion with no exceptions, it is your responsibility to sign up with Refersion to take advantage of the referral bonus. Refersion may be signed up for on your student dashboard on the referrals tab. ClearHat reserves the right to deny payment to any affiliate for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to: outranking ClearHat for key search terms related to our products, posting referral codes on coupon sites, and more.
